Our team is led by Kevin Oswald and Anita Wiechman. We strive for advanced design ideas, keep abreast of trends in the industry, and are capable project managers who will confidently and succesfully guide homebuyers through the construction process. We are committed to delivering complete customer satisfaction.

Kevin Oswald Builder Lincoln native Kevin Oswald began working in the construction industry in 1989 after studying business at Nebraska Wesleyan and Kearney State College. Later that same year he started Salt Valley Construction where he specialized in framing and trim work. Eventually he branched out into general home building, remodeling, additions, land development and real estate investments. He is a member of Home Builders Association of Lincoln (HBAL) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). As a builder, Kevin uses a hands-on approach; actively involved in the day to day process. He is personally involved from the beginning to insure superior quality is present from start to finish. His outstanding craftsmanship and attention to detail creates unique and impressive interiors. Throughout the project, Kevin's depth of knowledge and organizational skills give home owners complete confidence in their new home.

Anita Wiechman Designer Anita Wiechman graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Wayne State College in interior design and has worked full time since 1979 in home building, remodeling, interior design and marketing. She's a member of Home Builders Association of Lincoln (HBAL), Metropolitan Omaha Builders Association (MOBA), National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), and National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI). She's certified by the National Council of Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) and a certified kitchen and bath remodeler (CKBR) through NARI. Anita has a unique perspective due to years of experience as an interior designer in new home construction and model homes. The past several years she has space planned new homes, dozens of renovations, and additions. Kevin and Anita's individual perspectives combine to form a balanced approach to homebuilding.
